Neon Sign FAQ's

All our LED neon signs are attached to a generic Australian wall plug (unless an international option or USB is chosen) so can be used anywhere in the home with an electricity point.

All signs come with an accessories installation package including an adapter, 2m Cable, Connecter head, 1m hanging chains, studs, & a FREE remote dimmer

Customisation Process:

1. Send us your inspiration. This can be text, a logo or an image. Also specify:

• Size
• Colour(s)
• Transparent Base Plate - Square or cut to letter
• Font - Provide examples or a link!

2. One of our customer service staff will send you a quote and neon sketch mock up design and if you like your design, a deposit payment link.

3. We design your custom neon sign within 3-5 days and send you a pic before it's shipped.

4. Your sign is shipped and arrives to you within 10-14 days.

Note: If the first or second mock up is not 100% what you are after our designer can keep making changes to suit your specifications until it's perfect.

Packaging & Shipping:

1. Production
All of our signs are produced from scratch when purchased off our site. Generally, we need 2-3 days to create your neon sign.

2. Shipping timeframes
If there are no special requirements, we use FEDEX which has a shipping time around 7-10 days.

3. Returns and Cancellations
We do NOT accept LED neon sign returns or refunds for 'change of mind'. 

A little extra info:

We provide a 6 month warranty for defects.

We are not responsible for customs duties (if there are any)

All orders will take approximately 7-10 days to arrive (sometimes a little longer). We keep our prices cheap and competitive as all production is completed overseas and shipped using FEDEX.

All Neon signs come with an installation package which will allow you to hang on any wall or from any ceiling! With foam packaging and bubble wrap you can be 100% assured your neon sign will arrive in one piece!
